EVENTS/REGISTRATION
To register for ART CAMP, ART LESSONS or ART NIGHTS you may pay through, paypal by using a credit card. (be sure when you click the paypal button if you want to pay by credit card that you click on the place where it says to pay with credit card)
or you can pay by mailing a check to me: Katie Bullinger (but you would need to e-mail me for my address and let me know which event you are registering for if you pay by check: bullinger30@gmail.com)
** PLEASE NOTE: reservations will not be activated until payment is received **
* In order to have your space reserved for an event, art lessons or art camp, payment needs to be received in advance or spaces will NOT be held. *
Once payment has been recieved, your space will be reserved and you will be sent an e-mail confirmation reminding you about the event 2 days prior to the event. It will include any important information that you will need to know regarding the event.
The payment is non-refundable. If you have to cancel for any reason, you must be sure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance and then you can use the money towards another upcoming event, (this does not apply to the summer art camps or art lessons for kids: there is no refund even if there is 48 hour notice since supplies are ordered ahead of time for the amount of students that have registered. However, if there is a waiting list and another child is able to fill the slot you will recieve a full refund minus the deposit).
** Please know that the money will not be refunded at all for any of the events if you don't give the 48 hour notice.
** The Inclement Weather Policy can be found on the check out page when you purchase your ticket. Please make note of it so that there is no confusion.
Event Cancellations or Inclement Weather Policies
With the winter approaching weather can cause art night cancellations to take place. If an event is cancelled due to weather, another date will be offered for that painting and if you can not make that rescheduled date than you can forward your ticket to another event of your choice (of equal or lesser value). When in doubt, call the restaurant where the event is taking place or check out my facebook business page to see if the event is cancelled or not. You can find me on facebook under "Create With Ms. Kate". If the event hasn't been cancelled and you don't show up you will NOT be able to use you ticket towards a future art night event. If the roads are safe enough to drive and i'm able to get to the event and the restaurant is still opened...most likely the event will take place.
